Clean coding Kafka connectors

Kafka connectors can be a bit tricky to test and maintain. We will study ways to test them in a clean way sometimes even no-code solutions witches are perfect to maintain.

Also a quick look about solutions to avoid bottlenecks on database when we scale real application consumers and a word about concurrency issues.

This talk could be a return of experience about an IoT application but I'll try to make it funnier.
